Good, the only disappointment was no complementary water on daily basis! Food was good!! Closest from airport , staff was good . Good spacious rooms with decent price. So advisable to stay with family secure, safe and clean with all amenities

Best experience of service apartment. All the staff are very cooperative and familiar. Rooms were very clean and fully hospitality, breakfast were too good and very close to shopping market and meena bazar is the plus point who required the shopping

This was my first visit to Dubai, and I was not sure where to stay. Whilst I was spending crazy time searching for a suitable property, I came across Savoy Central Hotel Apartments (there are 3/4 others). I was confused, whether to book in and around New Dubai or this location. Let me tell you thank God I made the choice of booking this place. Located in Bur Dubai (Old Dubai) this place was perfectly located. All amenities are located on its doorstep, whatever they may be (food, laundry, supermarket). The only thing you need to keep in mind is, Travel arrangements. Taxis will set you back a few ££ so I decided to hire my own ride (which saved me tons) and I was only ever 20 mins away from all the star places (if there were no traffic jams). Hotel provided me with all the comfort I needed whilst on holiday but the star for me was the INCREDIBLE STAFF. OMG, these guys made my holiday one to remember for all the right reasons. Front of house, security, housekeeping and restaurant guys were simply the best. These guys deserve a big round of applause. I have stayed in many hotels, and I can honestly say this hotel and staff are in my top 5. Well done guys and if I ever come back to Dubai, it will be at the same hotel, only because of you guys. On a separate note, majority if not all food options are mainly catered around Asian travellers (which is understandable) as they are the top visitors, so keep that in mind. Thank you for an amazing stay guys.

Great Location, Good size room, excellent customer service, value for money, many food options outside including grocery stores, taxi options, Staff organized surprised birthday cake for my 6-year-old. Breakfast choices could be improved, The room appeared to be cleaned with some kind of strong chemical which lingers around longer then needed.
